How Moonlight Rewards Works
It's simple!
1. Join Moonlight Rewards
Create your Moonlight Rewards account and start collecting points.
2. Earn Moonlight Points
Collect points as you shop and through eligible activities.
3. Unlock Rewards
As your Moonlight Points grow, you'll unlock Moonlight Rewards.
4. Enjoy your Reward
Use your reward at checkout and enjoy a little Moonlight magick!
Your Moonlight Rewards
The more you collect, the more you can unlock!
Moonlight Rewards has different tiers, giving you something extra to look forward to as you continue collecting points.
👉 Your current points balance and available rewards can be viewed through the Moonlight Rewards panel on our website.
How to Use Your Reward
When you unlock a reward, you'll receive an email with your Moonlight Reward and reward code.
Simply use your reward code at checkout before it expires.
Your reward code will be shown in your reward email, so keep that email handy!
Your Moonlight Rewards Levels
As you collect Moonlight Points, you'll unlock higher reward levels — from Pink through to Platinum!
Pink Level — $10 Moonlight Reward — 250 points
Green Level — $15 Moonlight Reward — 500 points
Purple Level — $20 Moonlight Reward — 750 points
Silver Level — $25 Moonlight Reward — 1,000 points
Gold Level — $35 Moonlight Reward — 1,500 points
Platinum Level — $50 Moonlight Reward — 2,000 points
The more Moonlight Points you collect, the bigger the reward you can unlock!
Reward Expiry
Moonlight Rewards are available for a limited time.
Rewards expire 30 days after they are issued, unless otherwise stated.
We'll send you a reminder before your reward expires so you don't miss out! 💜
Moonlight Rewards Terms & Conditions
- Moonlight Rewards is a loyalty program operated by Moonlight Crystals Australia.
- Customers must have a Moonlight Rewards account to participate.
- Moonlight Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Rewards are subject to the terms displayed when they are issued.
- Rewards are for use on eligible purchases through Moonlight Crystals Australia.
- Each reward has an expiry date. Unused rewards expire after 30 days.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.
- Moonlight Crystals Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Moonlight Rewards program or any part of it where necessary.
- Moonlight Crystals Australia reserves the right to correct errors or fraudulent activity relating to points or rewards.
