Where do you Ship?

Shipping is Australia Wide only . Sorry No international postage.

 

What carrier to you use?

We ship via Australia Post and tracking is provided.

 

How long does it take to ship?

Once payment has been received we will Ship within 3 business days.  

You can then follow the Australia Post tracking.

Australia post website says 2-7 days generally.  

 

How do I check the status of my order?

A Tracking number will be provided. Therefore you can check where your order is at anytime.

 

What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?

We are not liable for lost or damaged goods within the Australian postal system. We will gladly aid you in any documentation required for refunds from Australia Post.

 

My parcel was stolen, what do I do?

If your item has been stolen, this is a federal matter, please contact police and make a police report and contact Australia Post.
